c+w May Letter

Hey my gorgeous friend,

So, over the past couple of years, I've been diving into the whole health and well-being scene with this business venture. It was an interesting journey, but you know how it goes - sometimes partnerships just don't align, and things fizzle out. No hard feelings, just different visions.

Anyway, whenever I'm out and about, mingling with friends, this question pops up: "Wait, you're all about wellness, why are you sipping on that wine?" It's like society has this image of wellness warriors as these pristine, green smoothie sippers who never touch anything remotely "bad" for their bodies. But let's throw that idea out the window, shall we? There's no such thing as "bad" or "good" when it comes to what we consume; it's all just part of the adventure.

I mean, think about it. We live in a world where everything's been commercialised, packaged, and marketed to the moon and back. I remember a quote I heard while chilling in LA? "We need to start eating from farms, not factories." It hit me like a ton of organic, non-GMO bricks. For those who aren't familiar with GMOs, it's basically when scientists get tech-savvy and tinker with the genetic makeup of a plant, animal, or microbe. They're aiming to tweak certain traits of the organism by changing around with its DNA using genetic engineering methods. Sure, eating clean can sometimes feel like a luxury, but hey, that's where creativity kicks in.

So, circling back to my point about still enjoying life's little indulgences despite my wellness background - it's all about balance, my friend. Through all my training and chats with health gurus, I've learned that nurturing our cells and improving our organ functions are just two of the keys. Healthy habits are like little love notes to your body, encouraging it to thrive. And when you do veer off the healthier path and indulge in some processed goodies or a drink or two, it's all good. I've got this whole regimen down to clear out the junk and get my body back to its happy place in no time.

That's why I'm so excited about what I'm up to now. I'm here to share some wisdom with you. Let's talk about the basics of feeling calmer and vibrant every day, no matter what life throws our way.

The more you get the lowdown on how your body can function better, the more inclined you'll be to sprinkle in those little healthy tweaks. Because, my friend, you deserve to feel like the superstar you are, inside and out.

Caio,

Amy x
